Afin de préparer au mieux votre séjour parmi nous, voici quelques informations utiles.- La réception est ouverte 24h/24.- Petit-déjeuner tous les jours de 6h30 à 9h30 (la semaine) et de 7h30 à 10h (le week end.- Le nettoyage de la chambre ne s'effectue pas tous les jours, notre enseigne étant soucieux de l'impact environnementale. Le ménage est donc sur demande.- Les arrivées s'effectue à partir de 14h.- Le départ des chambres s'effectue au plus tard à 11h.- Parking gratuit extérieur et sous-sol.

Eu achei muito boa a estadia no IBIS, foi a minha primeira vez na Europa, fui no verão, sou brasileira e as vezes a noite senti calor, pois o sistema de refrigeração é no hotel inteiro e não tinha como regular a temperatura

Thought my stay the lift did not work at all.
Employee simply lied that it will be fine the next day.
There is not air flow into the room, the air con vent just didn't work at all.
Keeping the windows open will make you feel as if you are sleeping in streets.

You get what you pay for...or less. I knew the room would be small (not my first Ibis Budget), but though I love animals, the dust kittens under the bed are not the friendliest of them. On our arrival, we were informed that the elevator was not working - okay, this can happen. Today, out of curiosity I checked the 5th floor ("poor people, have a lot of stairs to climb") - check the movie - I think the elevator's been out of service for a looong time.
The "breakfast included" that we paid for is good for the price, the basic of some croissants, pastry, cheese (not replenished today, I took 2 slices and that was it for me), some cold drinks and basic coffee would do. Though, you do NOT get a fork and when I asked for spoons, I got 2 teaspoons to share among 3 persons, my daughter ate her cornflakes using it - at home, she utilises tablespoon, which here they don't have, or don't give out. After telling the "lady in charge" that they were out of warm milk, we waited for another 20 minutes before we gave up.
All in all: A DISASTER!!!

The receptionists are attentive.
The elevator was not working and it was not working for us the whole stay. The top bed in our room was not made and there were no bed linens to put in the room. The pillows on the bottom bed did not have pillowcases. There were no towels in the room. They did not clean our room one day and did not restock the toilet paper. The breakfast was poor, without many options, but ok.
