Je ne vais qu'au restaurant où on y mange très bien. In peu déçue cette fois car le service était extrêmement long malgré l'amabilité des serveurs qui visiblement n'étaient pas habitués.

The front desk staff was shabbily dressed - I felt like I walked into a warehouse rather than a Marriott branded hotel.
There was no acknowledgment of my Platinum Elite status.
The most UNACCEPTABLE part of the stay though, was when housekeeping walked into my room without even knocking, and not just once, but twice, within a span of 20 minutes! I was in the shower on one of the occasions and the attendant walked in like she was staying in that room, not me!
I don’t usually have any expectations when staying in a hotel in Paris, but this one was probably the most unprofessionally run hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

As a Marriott Platinum I didn't expect to have to pay for breakfast, which was a surprise. The shower was in the bathtub, which is awkwardly high off of the ground, and the sink doesn't have any soap. Just an odd situation all-round.
En revanche, le reste… déplorable !
Une douche bouchée que nous avons signalé, un technicien devait venir personne n’est venu et aucun changement de chambre n’a été proposé malgré une grande disponibilité ce week-end en question.
Le samedi matin, un petit déjeuner continental qu’on nous explique ne pas être complet par manque de réservation et pour limiter le gaspillage. Ce qui est compréhensible, en revanche, le prix payé est quand même identique et pour un buffet n’avoir que deux viennoiseries et quelques tranches de bacon se battant en duel c’est plus que limite.
On finit en beauté le dimanche matin !! Le Check out est à 12h et quelle surprise d’être réveillés à 9h par le personnel de nettoyage entrant dans la chambre sans toquer ???? c’était l’apothéose. Pas vraiment d’excuse mais par contre on nous a demandé à quelle heure nous partions !
Pour un soit disant 4 étoiles, des nuits à plus de 120€ et 22€ par petit déjeuner/pers, c’est un peu lamentable comme prestation.
