I went to the reception the person was extremely rude and not helping.
He saw me crying but ignored me and didn’t even care to pass my the manager or give me her name.
What a disappointing experience.

El personal muy muy amable.
Tiene la entrada del metro a unos 500m que te lleva al centro en unos 20min.
La ubicación es perfecta ya que al ir en coche no tienes que meterte por mitad de la ciudad.
Parking perfecto (entra una furgo grande).
El desayuno excelente!
Las habitaciones amplias y las camas muy comodas. Algunas habitaciones con ducha y otras con bañera.
Barrio tranquilo.
Cerca hay varios restaurantes donde poder comer y/o cenar y un super.
El único pero es que la nevera de la habitación no funcionaba.
Si volvemos a París no dudaremos en volver a este hotel.
