Hôtel et personnel inacceptables. En tant que résidente de Boulogne, j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour que mes grands-parents puissent y passer la nuit. Le personnel a été plus que mal aimable et a décidé d'annuler la réservation à la dernière minute, laissant deux personnes de 80 ans à la rue. De surcroît, cet hôtel est un établissement de seconde zone. Je recommande plutôt de choisir des hôtels à proximité, bien meilleurs et plus accueillants.

Nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure, et nos bagages ont été rapidement pris en charge et étiquetés pour éviter toute perte. Ils ont été livrés dans notre chambre sans que nous ayons à nous en soucier. L’hôtel était incroyablement calme, et l’accueil était parfait, avec un personnel très sympathique. Notre chambre était équipée d’un micro-ondes et de quelques ustensiles de cuisine. L’hôtel était impeccable, et nous n’avons rien à redire.

I stayed there for seven nights while shifting housing in Paris. The stay was wonderful and the whole BRH team is exceptional. I would highly recommend to stay at this place.

Excellent Stay – Impeccable Cleanliness & Thoughtful Details
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, everything felt spotless and well-maintained. What truly set this place apart were the thoughtful little touches: complimentary earplugs, a well-stocked coffee station in the room, and attention to every small detail that made the stay extra comfortable.
The staff was incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home.
On top of that, the value for money isreally good. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great affordable stay!
