I had high hopes for Plantxa, given its mention on the Michelin website, but my visit was nothing short of a huge disappointment. The restaurant was shockingly dirty, with noticeable clumps of dust and even hair in the corners. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, which was truly unacceptable for a dining establishment.
The service was equally frustrating. The host was unprepared and struggled to explain the dishes or the menu. The lack of professionalism made the entire experience **uncomfortable and uninviting**.
Honestly, I have no idea who added this restaurant to the Michelin website, but based on my visit, it certainly does not deserve such recognition. There are countless other restaurants in Paris that deliver cleanliness, service, and quality this one simply does not.
