A deux pas du Zénith et du Parc des exposition de Rouen, tout près de l'A13 et à 6 km du centre-ville, l'hotelF1 Rouen Zénith Parc Expo propose le confort à petit prix. La gare Rouen Rive Droite est à 20 min en bus (le T4). Outre nos chambres Cabrio avec salle de bain privative, nous proposons un petit déjeuner buffet continental à volonté pour 5.90 EUR et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite (fibre). Nous disposons également d'un parking gratuit équipé de bornes de recharge Powerdot pour véhicules électriques.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Chambre très propre et calme. Non accueil par le personnel.
A proximité immédiate du zénith que nous avons pu rejoindre à pieds. Voiture laissée sur le parking fermé de l'hôtel.

I booked 2 rooms at the Accor Hotel Rouen F1. I no longer needed them so logged on to the ACCOR website and cancelled them, giving 24 hours notice of cancellation as required.
In the morning I noticed I had not received a cancellation email so logged in online again to find they had not been cancelled and it was now too late to. So at 7.30am I emailed the hotel and let them know, there had been some error on the website. I did not need the rooms. Manager emailed back quickly asking what time I had cancelled, and for proof. Of course, I had none. The system didn't generate any. That was the problem!!
I was then charged for both rooms. Manager ignored my next email. So I contacted Accor via Facebook and Instagram.i got a response on Facebook asking for more details, that I immediately provided, 2 weeks ago. The website had a glitch, and it is being used as a reason to rip me off, as though I didn't do something I did. Taking money and then ignoring customers is very poor customer service. I should add that have been very polite in my emails. I'm obviously not going to use any of the ACCOR hotels again.

Hotel bien situé, et comme tout hôtel F1 il depanne bien pour passer une nuit avant de repartir.

Hôtel assez calme, nous n’avons pas eu de problème.
Strict minimum dans la chambre, suffisant pour un très court séjour.
Pas beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, salle beaucoup trop petit pour l’hôtel….
