The room was small and a little dirty. The 2 cups in the bathroom were dirty and there were a few small hairs around the sink and the table when we came in. One of the towels was moldy. Bird residue was all over the balcony to the point where you could not step onto the balcony. There was no air-conditioning in the room. The service at the front desk is unreliable. We could not connect to the free Wi-Fi. We had to ring a bell for service for a long time until they finally answered us and gave us the code.

Petit hôtel confortable et propre, très bien situé avec une superbe vue sur la Cathédrale de Rouen. Bien insonorisé et aménagé avec goût.

Prices are so reasonable and the service and food quality are exceptional! I ordered a dessert with apple and calvados after meal and it’s professional done!

Accueil chaleureux, l’hôtesse était vraiment sympathique et nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour les visites ce qui a donné notre séjour une note positive.
«manque un peu de modernité, et une machine à café aurait été un vrai plus.
Mais dans l’ensemble, une belle expérience !
