Très bien placé, excellent accueil et service. Attention l'accès est en zone piétonne il est judicieux de bien le préparer avec le code d'accès. Normalement un mail de confirmation est envoyé suite à la réservation mais il peut ne pas parvenir.

Passage d’une nuit, la chambre était top et l’hôtel très bien situé !
Mention spéciale aux réceptionnistes Abou et Louise, super efficaces, à l’écoute et très sympathiques :) Très bien accueilli de jour comme de nuit !

This is a pleasant hotel, well located and close to the sights. The staff is very helpful - be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations! They definitely steered us right. It can be loud on weekend nights if you leave your windows open but that can be fixed by running the AC instead. ||My only complaint is trying to access the property via car. I had reserved a space and was given instructions on how to get into the restricted area (the video is very helpful!), but it would be much simpler if they would give people with parking reservations the access code rather than making us use our phones to call for access (which can be a problem for international visitors). It caused unnecessary stress at the end of a long day. Otherwise this is a good option for Rouen.
