The hotel car park is very interesting, as it is beneath the hotel with a steep decent – certainly woke me up!||On getting the lift from the underground car park (extremely secure), we took the lift to reception to check-in. We had booked a mini suite with a terrace, the staff had upgraded us to a room a larger room without a terrace, which was extremely comfortable! The king size bed was so comfortable!!!!||We walked into Rouen, that took around 10 minutes until we got to the shops, bars and restaurants. On a sperate note, the hotel has a very affordable restaurant which serves very tasty food! Wines in the bar are also outstanding. ||All staff are extremely professional, polite and friendly, making the short stay even more enjoyable. ||The self-service buffet breakfast, was stocked with an array of amazing food, from cheese and hams, yoghurt to cooked eggs and bacon. The fruit juice and coffee were top notch!||An amazing stay – thank you.
