Restaurant was very disappointing for dinner experience.||Superb city centre parking.||Excellent reception staff, less so in restaurant.

My husband and I have just returned from a road trip holiday around France where our final night was spent at this hotel as we always can guarantee feeling at home with and extra dash of luxury at Radisson Blu hotels and will always stay at one if they are where we are travelling to. The minute we walked into the lobby we felt our shoulders start to relax. The hotel was so clean and modern with frequent sanitiser points accessible throughout. |The staff were friendly and welcoming (and very forgiving of our poor French - merci!!). On check in we learned that we had been giving a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite which we were in shock about as this type of thing never happens to us. We were so incredibly grateful and the room was absolutely stunning. After some sightseeing in Rouen we enjoyed some delicious room service in our gorgeous room before sitting out on our balcony enjoying a bottle of wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable and this was our best nights sleep of the whole holiday. Words cannot describe how grateful we were for this experience and it absolutely made our final night on holiday. Thank you to the whole team and the whole Raddison Blu chain for the most perfect hotels. Wherever we go we always look to see if there is a RB - they are, without fail, our go to hotels and home from home.

The hotel and bar is great. Service is 5 star, but the spa is a problem. I emailed them, left a handwritten message on their desk and just stopped by ( the woman saw me coming and immediately exited). They must be on strike to reject all attempts for an appointment.
