I highly do not recommend this hostel if you want to suddenly find yourself on the street. I had a reserved place in a four-bed female room, when I arrived at 3 p.m., they said that everything was OK, but check-in at 5 p.m. I left my luggage in the luggage room and went for a walk. And when I returned at 7-8 p.m., it turned out that there was no place for me at all! There was an elderly man at the reception who was not sober, and he smelled of alcohol.
At first, he offered me a place in the men's room, and since I was already tired and had nowhere to go, I agreed. But then he said that he needed to ask a guy who was staying there if he would agree to let me get into this room. I said ok. But they didn't have a phone or an email address from this guy who wasn't at the hostel. Then he called someone (I think his boss) and after that call he said that mixed rooms were forbidden in their hostel, but his boss suggested another option.…I was just in shock. He offered me an EMPTY ROOM where there was no bed, no chair, NOTHING. And he said that at least I would have a roof over my head. I've never seen such an attitude towards clients in my life! I was just destroyed and broken. I was tired. I was alone in a strange city and didn't know what to do, but thank God I pulled myself together. I took my luggage and just went outside. When I calmed down, I was able to book an apartment for much more than I had planned to spend. And the staff of this hostel didn't care at all how they acted. Thank you for just canceling the booking and not withdrawing the money. I don't recommend this hostel because it treats people inhumanely.

très bon accueil, le personnel est sympathique, l'auberge est de bonne qualité ainsi que les prix sont correct.

La lumière de chevet, ne fonctionne pas

J'espère y retourner l'année prochaine ! Parfait pour un court séjour à Rouen, sans complications. Equipe très agréable et discrète.
