Pascaline Restaurant, situé au cœur de Rouen, notre bistro traditionnel normand vous accueille dans un décor brasserie 1900.
Le chef vous concocte de délicieux plats typiquement normand fait maison : le poulet fermier normand rôti et la fameuse andouillette ou les délicieuses moules frites ou encore le mythique carpaccio à volonté !
Nous vous proposons également une carte variée avec différentes formules.

Ambiance : agréable, assez bruyant quand même.
Service : très long, alors que la salle n’était qu’à moitié remplie.
Plats : moules a la crème écœurantes, trop de crème, les frites ne ressemblaient a rien d’autre qu’a des chips c’est a dire aucune purée à l'intérieur, frites surement cuites et recuites …le dessert boule de glace chantilly parfait !
Très déçue de mon repas du 14 juillet, habituellement c’est bien mieux

Great ambience and a chic place. The menu is decent and the food was good. Not a lot of flavor and therefore the rating of a 4.
We made a reservation and had a good table. The welcoming was very pleasant. It took a while to place the order and our waitress was challenging. I speak some French and was definitely trying, but if I couldn’t understand her she had no interest and helping me by rephrasing or speaking up. That was the most challenging order experience. And considering that they had an English menu and many tourists, I’m chocked by the attitude of this waitress.
However, the hostess and another waitress was nice so still giving it a 4.

Wij hebben een heel fijne avond doorgebracht op het terras van La Pascaline: sympathieke bediening, lekkere authentieke brasseriekeuken, grote porties aan zeer eerlijke prijzen. Tiptop in orde!
Der Service war eher mittelmäßig, der Tisch wurde schnell und lieblos eingedeckt, das Besteck einfach neben den Teller ,geknallt‘ und bis eine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, haben wir 15 Minuten gewartet.
Alles in allem nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das Essen hat ganz gut geschmeckt, aber es war nichts besonderes.
Schade eigentlich.
