The food was devine, with some ingenious use of unexpected flavour combinations, e.g. The sorbet with my sea bream ceviche starter was truly inspired and the clever use of unexpected herbs in sweet desserts was brilliant. These guys really know how to use ingredients. Prices were extremely reasonable for the quality and presentation too.
My wife and I visited on our wedding anniversary and took the table next to the pass, where we were able to see the kitchen and chat to the chef. The service staff and kitchen team were all fantastic and made it a memorable visit and a great way to round off our last full day before returning to the UK.
It's easy to find good food France but this really was a cut above.
