We were on Europe tour with my family of 5. Three adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 13. Of all the countries and restaurants we have been for the last 8 days this is by far the worst of all. We came in at 9 pm at this place. Sat for more than 30 minutes without anyone coming to get our order. Then when we finally get to order, we sat there and had our drinks while watching everyone else come and go as they finished their ordered dinner. Around 10:30 pm my partner asked the waiter politely where is our food, she didn't even answer him and just turned around to disappear. She is done for the night. The restaurant is closing at 11pm and still we havent gotten our food by 10:45. We were all very hungry and by the the time we got what we ordered it was so late the food was dismal and half hazardly done. Obviously it was made in haste and hurry. My partner being worried that the place will soon close ate fast and almost got choked that scared our 8 year old boy. It caused quite a scene. The poor waiter who came in later shift had to apologize to us when it was not even his fault. We left the restaurant and our half eaten food clearly dissatisfied.

Restaurant très propre, personnel agréable. Malgré le monde les serveurs ont pris nos commandes, services dans les temps, les frites excellentes (meilleurs qu’au Ninkasi de Lyon) et burger et bières tjrs au top.

Je suis un habitué mais notre dernier repas n’était pas au rendez-vous. 45 minutes pour prendre notre commande, 30 minutes pour l’avoir (4 pressions et 4 salades caesar) des commentaires du serveur inappropriés. La salade a du changer car les ingrédients habituelle n’était plus là. À voir la prochaine fois.

Nous etions 4 à déjeuner, nous avons mis 1h45 pour manger une salade césar et bu 1 bière chacun, l'attente a été longue, et lorsque qu'on a demandé au serveur si il pouvait nous ramener les bières qui étaient sur le bar après 30min d'attente, la réponse a été "peut-être", est ce une réponse professionnelle, je vous laisse juge...
