Personnel d'accueil extrêmement agréable et bienveillant. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie. Service de restauration alternatif très appréciable pour celles et ceux souhaitant "se poser tranquille dans sa chambre après une longue journée de travail ".
Séjour au top.

Comfortable enough and clean, no uk tv channels. kettle in room was full of lime scale.|We were traveling to Gibraltar (curtainside rigid HGV). I had booked in advance. As we pulled in to the ample car park and settled our truck we were accosted by a gentleman (manager of sorts) telling us we cant park here, i explained we were booked in, there were zero vehicles in the car park as you can see in the pictures, we had to park our very expensive cargo in a shopping car park, i was not happy. we went to check in, the door to the hotel was locked, he came to the door and told us to come back at 4pm. we had been driving for 22 hours and we were exhausted, i asked if we could sit in the comfortable seats at the reception window and maybe buy a cup of tea. we were refused this and had to sit outside the hotel for around 4 hours in the cold. no access to a bathroom. i looked through the window several times and could see this gentleman sit in his cosy warm office. we met another traveller, who was staying at the hotel having difficulty accessing the hotel after walking her dog, she knocked on the door and also refused access. she was completely bemused and had to go back to her car. how very bizarre. when we eventually did gain access, the young girl at reception was very helpful. the gentleman in question was there and could see how exhausted we were and offered no apology. we travel regularly for work on government contracts and looking for safe spaces for our truck and cargo however we will avoid KYRIAD NORD Rouen in the future.... no access to food or tea. not impressed... most unwelcoming.|Perhaps your manager should take a course in customer service or get a different job that suits his capabilities.

Chambre propre, petit bémol sur l’oreiller où il y avait une petite tache

C’est toujours très agréable de séjourner dans cet hôtel ! Les chambres, les services et le personnel sont très agréables

De passage en région normande, j'ai retenu une chambre pour passer une nuit.|Très bon accueil mettant en avant les services de l'hôtel |J'ai fréquenté plusieurs Kyriad, celui-là est décevant.|+ : literie confortable , nécessaire Café, Possibilités de Snacking en salle ou en chambre, Rapport qualité /prix, parking gratuit|-: salle de bain vieillotte avec moisissure dans la douche, voilages fenêtre sales et très gris. Petit déjeuner moyen .|Dommage que ces quelques défauts donnent une image mitigée de l'établissement.|C'est un encouragement pour mieux faire et non une critique méchante.
