"A la recherche du temps perdu"
We had never stayed at the Clos Normande before but obviously there were fellow guests who were delighted to return and share their love of it. We found out why. Having loved exploring France and staying in Logis in the 70's and 80's with our family we were happy to find a Logis in the 2020's that encapsulated what we love. Superb relaxing surroundings, friendly welcoming staff and at its heart a dining room where generous portions of classic french cuisine with great service that took us back to the chef/patrons of earlier happy times .
Thank you to Sophie, Monsieur Deux Metres and all the staff -you are certainly doing something right.

Nous avons séjour 3 jours et deux nuits. Le cadre est féérique, comme a dit un client "un havre de paix". La rivière qui coule au milieu du jardin, le calme, le sourire de la gérante, tout y est plaisant. Le restaurant est excellent, le service impeccable; le décor très doux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet endroit et ne manquerons pas d'y revenir.
Only criticism is hand-held shower.... but masses of hot water.
Les travaux planifiés pour Décembre pendant les congés du Clos Normand ont intégrés ces changements pour faciliter la douche du matin :)
