Le bar est ok, le problème tourne plus autour de la qualité de service. Personnel qui ne sourit pas et se permet des remarques désobligeantes à plusieurs reprises.

Wasn't the best weather in Le Havre and lots of the bars only open at 5pm. The Black Cafe opens at midday until late 2am. The staff were friendly and the beers was flowing. Great pub for Brits abroad

If you are British. You will love this pub. Great food great atmosphere great music great beer great staff. We’ve just had a wonderful afternoon great value too. God bless France ???????? Vivre France ????????
