What a wonderful visit.
We stayed at Les Tilleuls for a week in early April and it was magnificent. Juilien, Alizée and Milo made us feel like it was our home.
The house and gardens are gorgeous and situated a short walk away from the touristy waterfront area such that it is serene.
The amenities are excellent as is the attention given by Juilien and Alizée to the guests and the property.
But the real treasure is Julien’s cuisine. When booking we didn’t realize that Juilien is a Mechlin-starred chef! Needless to say, this was a pleasant surprise.
We ended up embarking on a culinary adventure every night and each night’s dinner became the highlights of our trip to Normandy.
But the real highlight was the sense of welcome and of being at home that we and our puppy, Luca, felt. Juilien and Alizée make you feel as if you’re part of the family.
This place is an absolute gem. Do yourself a favor and skip the worn-out tourist traps and stay here if you want a unique and memorable experience.

Très bon WE avec notre fille de 10 mois. Chambre spacieuse et maison décorée avec goût, formule dîner le soir hyper pratique en plus d'être délicieuse. Service très chaleureux et attentionné. Nous reviendrons
Je ne laisse jamais d'avis et suis un client facilement satisfait, mais cette fois-ci, je me dois de le faire, dans une logique constructive.
L'hôtel est charmant, bien situé à Étretat et le cadre est idyllique.
Les propriétaires ont changé depuis le 1er janvier 2025 et cet avis a pour objectif de les aider à améliorer la qualité de service attendue au regard des tarifs appliqués.
Se voir refuser d'aller au petit coin car nous arrivons à 15h00 au lieu de 16h00 n'est pas acceptable. Surtout quand on nous dit froidement de se débrouiller et de faire dans Étretat.
Se voir refuser un deuxième verre de jus d'orange le matin, car sinon cela prive les autres clients, ne l'est pas non plus.
Les frais de parking supplémentaires aurait dû être annoncés verbalement dès notre arrivée et non pas sur une petite ligne en bas du mail (ou je ne sais où).
Ces petits détails font vraiment tâche et c'est dommage.
