I am not sure I’d use their services again. The lady at the shop was nice and helpful but the bikes are not well maintained. The couple in front of us came back 2 minutes after getting their regular bikes with a flat tire. And then, 30 minutes into riding our electric bikes we got a flat tire also. They said they couldn’t pick it up and bring us another bike although the towns are very close to each other. We had to leave the bike half way to Giverny and they required that we took the other bike with us. So one of us had a bike and the other didn’t. We had to ride the train back which was so crowded and on a schedule. We did not have the freedom of riding whenever we wanted and that was a bummer. They did refund us for the one bike which was nice but I wouldn’t rely on their services again.
