Stopping by Dôle, we had a lunch at “Bouillon des Halles” in downtown. The welcoming was great with a warming atmosphere. We took local specialties (filets de perche and saucisse de Morteau). It was excellent. Price was fair.
If you love causal ambience, I recommend you to come for dinner (based on the recommendations from the waitress).

Bon restaurant avec des assiettes copieuses de l'entrée au dessert. Petit bémol : ce soir-là, il manquait beaucoup de vins à la carte et les frites ne sont pas faites maison. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Il y a des choses à améliorer. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Je recommande aussi la chantilly… et les digestifs (cognac et poire : top !!!) mais nous avons apprécié le chef qui visiblement est à son affaire et sait de quoi il parle !! Merci à lui pour ce moment convivial ! Il est prudent de réserver, vous ne serez pas déçus !!!
