But not this time !!
This was a bad experience and it hasn't ended yet !!
Note: all other Capfun campings we've been to (about 5) were fine.
-Swimming-pool was not finished. Only noted one week before drive-off.
-At evening of arrival (sunday approx. 1900 hrs): restaurant was open, but only full meals could be ordered.
-House was dirty (shower, kitchen).
See included pictures. Probable reason: no inspection needed when departing.
-Manager was fairly rude: "Name"?!! "Card"?!! No thank you, or have a nice day.
-My daughter and me rented two mountain-bikes for one day and had to pay 200 Euro deposit. Instead of blocking them on my credit-card, they withdrew it from my credit-card. Until this moment (it's been 6 weeks ago now) I'm still trying to get the deposit back !!! Excuses, excuses but no pay-back.
I'm starting to smell a big rat here !! This is getting close to criminal !
