潜水学校组织洗礼，探索和培训课程，从8岁开始。潜水是在阿格里特（Agriate），在农扎（Nonza）用快速船进行的，由教练监督，他只负责照顾你，所以你只需要看五颜六色的鱼和海星。第一次潜水也可以分组进行，第一次潜水最多8到12人。下午进行浮潜。这个地方非常受欢迎，所以记得要提前预订，尤其是在夏天。

Great couple of days diving with these guys.
Easy to get hold of by phone and spoke good English unlike others I contacted. They recommended a doctor in town where I could get my medical certificate which is a requirement for diving and not something most English travellers will have.
The equipment was decent, the welcome was nice and friendly, and the dives were well briefed and fun. Sweet dogo on the boat too - what more could you want.
Highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Nous avons fait un baptême de plongée vers la plage du Lotu.
L'équipe était sympa et l'organisation très bien.
Les explications étaient claires et la plongée s'est très bien passée.
Nous avons de belles photos souvenirs de ce bon moment.

J'y suis allé pour un baptême de plongée en couple, c'était vraiment inoubliable. Le spot est très jolie remplie de vie que les moniteur.ice.s vous feront découvrir. Même en masque et tuba il y a de quoi s'amuser en attendant les autres plongeur.euse.s.
+1 pour le soutien affiché à Sea Shepherd.
P.S: j'y ai oublié un coquillage que Cyril m'avait donné pendant la plongé, ce n'était pas voulu de le laisser

Our first dive after we did our one star certification in Germany. We set up a date two days ahead via Telephone. Parking available by the Spar. Sarah is a great teacher and guide. We did an one hour dive, felt safe and saw the beautiful underwater world of the bay. The team is very kind and communication went well in French and English. Looking forward to the next time in St Florent with Actisub.
