Chambre magnifique avec vue sur la montagne, grande terrasse avec relax et salon d'extérieur. Le personnel dans son ensemble est d'une grande gentillesse, mention spéciale pour 3 personnes, Véronique et le veilleur de nuit tous les matins et Hélène pour ses recommandations et conseils avisés. Excellent séjour pour nous. Merci beaucoup.

Que dire un personnel au top un restaurant+++++++++ , des chambres décorées avec goût allez y tout simplement vous le regretterez pas

We had a great stay at Villa Josephine. Room and bathroom were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel design is stylish throughout yet also very comfortable with lots of lounging areas. The pool overlooking the mountains was great. Would definitely stay here again if in L’Île Rousse.
A special thank you goes to the staff in particular the woman working front desk when we left (didn’t catch her name unfortunately). Due to the storm we had some changes to our flights and she was super helpful checking in with the airport, taxi and bus company and making sure we would get to the bus transfer in time. We were so grateful that she managed everything for us so we could catch our
flight.
All in all great hotel with amazing hospitality set in a beautiful scenery. If there is one thing I would change, would be some vegetarian options for dinner ;)

Stayed here for 4 nights of our honeymoon in July 2024. We booked a Privilege Room and had a room on the first floor. Our room had a lovely patio with incredible views- the same incredible view from the pool and restaurant. This view alone is a reason to stay here.
The room was stylish and comfortable, and we were so touched by the romantic decorations set up for our honeymoon.
The pool is lovely, I believe it was heated.
In terms of location, the hotel is driving distance to a number of towns, beaches, special villages, etc. I was very happy to learn that we were actually walking distance to L'ile Rousse, which made going to the town beach and out to dinner easier. However the rough path to reach L'ile Rousse (quicker than the road), was extremely rough, borderline dangerous.
Service was very hit or miss. Leading up to the trip I had a very hard time getting any help with recommendations or reservations via email. Check-in was great, and dinner our first night at the restaurant had wonderful service. However, our room was almost never cleaned, and getting a drink or ordering food at the pool was very difficult. There were many times throughout our stay where we needed to search for a staff member.

Depuis le départ de Véronique tout part à vau l’eau …
Le service est débordé par les événements , la pénurie au petit déjeuner , et on nous répond que c’est parce que l’établissement ferme dans quelques jours …. Comme si c’était notre problème ….
Et ne parlons pas du restaurant qui est tout simplement navrant .
Manque de professionnalisme flagrant .
4 étoiles…. N’importe quoi .
3 seraient déjà trop .
