位于老城中心地带的一家安全餐厅。自 1977 年以来，Plaza 家族一直在经营这家餐厅，Paco 是一个真诚、令人愉快的用餐场所。亚历山大（Alexandre）接管了这家餐厅，他的姐妹加布里埃尔（Gabrielle）和帕洛玛（Paloma）也在其中。在这里，您可以品尝到传统的西班牙菜谱和卢塞岛人弗朗索瓦（François）和保罗-费利克斯（Paul-Félix）在当地捕获的鱼。西班牙海鲜饭和鱼汤是最受欢迎的菜肴。餐厅经过重新设计，气氛欢快，小吃柜台上摆放着精美的酒瓶。这里没有菜单，但在诱人的石板上，新鲜和自制菜肴是这里的主旋律。

Si vous voulez manger une excellente paella à l Île rousse il faut aller chez Paco. La cuisine est excellente et la paella extra. Pour le service peu mieux faire car nous avons eut du mal à avoir du citron pour aller avec la paella (depuis quand sert on une paella sans citron). Pour l ambiance nous avons été parque sur une petite table sous une tonnelle dans la rue. Pas d air une chaleur terrible qui a gâche ce beau moment. Dommage que la rentabilité se fasse au détriment du confort du client. Bref si vous venez à 2 lors de votre réservation (très conseillee) demandez une table hors de la toile devant le restau s il fait chaud c est insuportable

Su consiglio della proprietaria del residence dove abbiamo alloggiato a Calvi, ci siamo recati da Chez Paco e sinceramente abbiamo fatto bene a seguire il suo consiglio perché abbiamo mangiato molto bene e abbiamo passato una serata carina.
Abbiamo subito dedotto che un piatto molto in voga era la paella che fanno sia di pesce che mista.
Proprietario del locale molto gentile (parla italiano abbastanza bene) e camerieri ugualmente gentili e disponibili.
Locale che fa cucina di influenza spagnola.
In due abbiamo preso due birre chiare leggermente fruttate (buonissime!!), acqua, prosciutto patanegra come antipasto e una paella di mare, che da quanto era grande potevano mangiarci 4 persone, ed infine caffè.
Voglio soffermarmi un attimo sulla paella perché a mio avviso era veramente deliziosa, ricca di pesce buono, ben cotta e anche se era grande ce la siamo quasi spazzolata tutta perche buonissima!!
Tutto comunque molto buono.
Conto finale 110 euro, in quanto la paella comunque viene 27/28 euro a testa ma visti i prezzi della Corsica per mangiare fuori e la quantità ci sta benissimo!!
Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Nicht mehr wie 2022. Qualität und Service hat sich massiv verschlechtert.
Keine Resteplatte mehr, keine Handwaschoptionen mehr. Service zu langsam. Warme Teller wurden früh gebracht, dass sie auskühlten bis das Essen da war.
Preise sind für die aktuelle Qualität nicht mehr gerechtfertigt.
Nach unserer Begeisterung aus der Vergangenheit sind wir nun sehr enttäuscht worden.

Ristorante in una via centrale. Servizio e personale ottimo. Paella di pesce buona. Dolce “ile flottante” spaziale.
Deceiving menu; states €30 for paella for 2 then told at billing after hardly eating any of it it’s €30 each.
The beer was cloudy and warm, asked to replace it, and the disgusted waiter argued the fact then replaced it with the same beers.
Truffle tortellini however was fantastic
