Amazing experience at this local cafe. Friendly owner, good coffee and the apple beignets and cheese beignets were both delicious! Worth the 150m walk from the main street to try some.

I was in search of famous Corsican doughnuts for my whole holiday and I am so glad I found this beautiful little cafe in Corte. It’s located off the bitten tourist path and it has a very authentic feel. They have fresh savoury and sweet doughnuts (all of them sooo good!), and some other deliciously looking pastries. What a pleasure to visit a family run store, with traditions passed from generation to generation. Thank you and all the best to you all! ????????

Belle découverte, authentique et des beignets de broccio, sucrés et salés, délicieux…
Tarte aux herbes et tarte aux oignons qui sentent la tradition ????
En plus, les personnes en cuisine et au service étaient adorables !
