Beautiful grounds surrounded by mountains & green fields. It’s about a ten minute drive into Calvi. ||There are a couple of seperate buildings with the guest rooms as well as a large tree house. Buildings are in nice reds and yellows. There is a beautiful big pool & a jacuzzi with plenty of places to sunbath. ||There is a bar area off the reception & a seperate building for the restaurant. ||My room was very large with its own private outdoor deck looking over the gardens. Other buildings are close to the pool. There are timber floors & nice furniture. The bed was very comfortable with also has a couple of lounge chairs. ||The bathroom has a separate walk in shower & seperate bath. A small gripe is that there are no bars of hand soap only liquid shower gel, why? There is a seperate room for the toilet and a seperate dressing room. ||The TV has a large selection of channels and there is good wifi throughout. ||The breakfast had a tasty selection of good and hot foods which were fresh & delicious. The dinner menu is expensive as are the drinks. ||It’s a classy five star hotel but it’s a very expense hotel.

Nous avons tout aimé dans ce restaurant gastronomique, l'accueil la gentillesse de l'équipe et son professionnalisme de très bon conseil pour le vin, les plats le cadre est magnifique. On s'est régalés de l'amuse bouche au désert c'est aussi beau visuellement que délicieux pour le palais ????????????

Booked a day spa with lunch. While the massage was great, the lunch was a disaster. After noting that the beef was not possible to eat, the service confirmed to talk with the kitchen. After 15 minutes the service came to take our plates. We had to remind them that we still waited for a response and were then offered an alternative, but only from the room service menu. There was no apology and not even a complementary coffee or something else offered. The mayonnaise of the fries was dried which is a sign for salmonella. We just wanted informed the service to avoid any food poisoning for other guests, but the guy did not listen and wanted to try the mayonnaise. We noted that you cannot taste salmonella but he did not care, hope he is alright. In total we sat 2 hours in the restaurant and we're eating one after the other, so each of us sat there for an hour without anything. The cleanliness of the spa could be improved. Drink prices are insane with 20€ for a cocktail, leading to the bar being totally empty. The hotel and spa has great potential but they do not seem to invest into their staff training at all. Quite underwhelming experience for the price.
