We missed our ferry and didn’t make it to Bastia for the check in time but we took the overnight ferry and made it in the morning at 0830 whilst the room was still under our name (check out time at 11). We kindly asked them to use our room which was paid for and still under us until 11 for a quick shower and change of clothes and both ladies were very off putting and utterly unhelpful . At one point the lady was laughing and talking in French as if what we asked was irrational. We understand that policies are in place but you can’t ridicule people and showing empathy is so very important in hospitality.

Albergo non nuovissimo ma posizione molto buona.

X chi deve imbarcarsi la mattina presto è una mano santa. Pulito staff molto cortese e disponibile, l'unica pecca è che non aveva il frigo in camera e in una zona di mare è importante
