Excellent service et très propre

Je suis ravi, j'aimerais revenir

Tout était OK jusqu'au départ. Je sais que j'ai laissé un collier dans la table de nuit avec 4 bijoux (or et pierres). J'ai appelé 5 fois et tous les 5 ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas là. J'étais complètement sûr que c'était, même l'endroit exact. C'est ce qu'on appelle voler. Cela ne devrait pas arriver dans un hôtel 3 étoiles ou plus...

The room is well sized, bathroom too, there is an a/c. That's it.
There is no way to get your heavy luggage up to the room except taking it on your back through the stairs. Lowest floor means 20 steps up with a turn on the way. Believe me, with 23kg suitcase it could be a problem.
There is no mirror in the room. One in the bathroom, but it is not big, basically it's for seeing the face only.
There isn't a single hook in the room. My dresses are longer than the wardrobe's space (i have veeeery long dresses, some of them even cover knees, wow!!, that is already too long apparently), but there is no way to put the hanger anywhere else. No hook, no bar, no corner. Had to use TV-set as a hook. By the way, tv-set cannot be turned a bit to be properly seen from the bed.
No hooks in the bathroom either. Your wet towels cannot dry properly as there is only small narrow ladder that can be used as a towel dryer.
No toilet paper hanger in the bathroom. The toilet paper roll simply stands somewhere behind you on the shelf, so when you need it you must try to find it behind knocking down everything that is on that shelf.
No shelf in the shower zone. Your shampoo or conditioner must stay on the floor. Which is ok. But not ok with my washcloth.
No safe in the room.
There is a well sized balcony with nice view. But the air conditioner's back is there. So, instead of listening to waves you listen to the a/c motor. And no, turning a/c off doesn't help, as there is not only "our" a/c, there are two units. No idea who's a/c we were listening to.
Ah, and the nice lady at the reception speaks only french. Come on! Reception lady!!
But the view is spectacular. All in all, what nature does there is great, what people do there is... lower than average. If you have a choice, chose another place.

L'hôtel devrait en fait avoir 4 au lieu de 3 étoiles.
Les chambres et l'hôtel sont très propres. Réceptionniste très sympathique et arrangeant !
Parking moto dans le garage, bagagerie également.
Presque comme à la maison.
La plage et les chaises longues qui l'accompagnent sont les meilleures en plus !
