Nous avons passé une semaine en famille en demi-pension dans ce magnifique hôtel. C'est un établissement à recommander: un accueil très chaleureux( merci à Lucie et Mélanie les serveuses), un buffet petit-déjeuner très varié et complet, une piscine très calme et très fleurie. Les repas du soir sont excellents, très bien présentés et variés. Je conseille cet hôtel sans hésitation.

If we were able to give absolutely ZERO stars we would! Horrible staff/owners. We have never experienced such unpleasant primitive people at a hotel in our life! The blinds on the outside were broken and taped up with silver duck tape, and therefore could not be lower. The entry door and bathroom door were badly damaged and were just painted over- so blotchy. The chair or mini sofa had disgusting stains all over it! The old women (we think the owner) stormed into our room pushed her way through and screamed at us saying no food in room!!! (Which we had a loaf of bread). Nothing was in English and they didn’t even try to communicate in English! Horrible! Horrible! No restaurant near the hotel had a menu written in English only French! Absolute no accommodations to those tourists that can’t speak French, at hotel or restaurants around the area. Totally strange! We packed up after she kicked us out for having the bread in our room. Thanks to booking.com we were refunded our money and we immediately booked in Italy, where the remaining of our stay was so beautiful and pleasant. Friendly Italian staff and menus in Italian and in English! Totally welcoming of visitors and tourists.
