Cons:
- Shared Spaces: The pool was frequently dirty in the afternoons, with hair at the bottom. There was no service to clean up; leftover food and trash were left out, attracting ants. Additionally, some of the stairs had broken tiles, which was concerning.
- Bedroom:The room was disappointing, with stains everywhere and outdated and damaged furniture. Despite paying over $300 per night for a "superior" room, the quality was far below expectations.
- Service: The staff was not welcoming or caring; for instance the woman at the reception did not ask how was our stay at the check-out. Also, I attempted to express my dissatisfaction on more occasions, but no one was able to address my concerns (they had to speak with the manager that apparently wasn't there). I even injured my finger, and the hotel had no proper first aid supplies—only providing me with a bandage and electrical tape, claiming it was medical tape. Additionally, the staff had a poor command of English, making communication difficult.
- Meals: The coffee machine was terrible, and the breakfast area was overrun by wasps, with staff seemingly unconcerned about it. I did not try the restaurant due to these issues.
Petit déjeuné très garni (attention aux guêpes si vous prenez la charcuterie) avec la vue.

Hôtel décevant, pas du tout au niveau d'un 4 étoiles pour toutes les raisons suivantes :
- décoration obsolète (l'intégralité de l'hôtel pour dire vrai)
- chambre mal insonorisé
- petit lit tout dur
- beaucoup de matériel cassé.
- piscine pas entretenue(transat cassé)
Côté restaurant, après une première soirée décevante, nous avons préféré dîner sur notre balcon la deuxième nuit. Mention spéciale tout de même au maître d'hôtel, très serviable et souriant.
Après une journée de visite, nous avons souhaité profiter de la piscine. Cependant, l'organisation y est insuffisante pour un hôtel quatre étoiles : pour obtenir une serviette, il faut traverser le restaurant en maillot de bain et se rendre à la réception, puis refaire le trajet une fois la baignade terminée, ce qui est inconfortable et peu pratique. Un service dédié à la piscine serait un atout pour améliorer l'expérience client et pourrait même générer des revenus supplémentaires pour l'hôtel.
En résumé, cet hôtel a du potentiel pour recevoir des avis plus positifs, mais cela nécessite des travaux de réhabilitation et un service à la hauteur des quatre étoiles annoncées.
