L'isola di Cavallo è incantevole e si gira a piedi o nei cart che si possono noleggiare in loco. Suggerisco le spiagge incontaminate di Palma e Greco, sono pazzesche.|L'Hotel è in posizione magnifica, abbiamo alloggiato in camere Privilège, letti enormi e comodissimi, vista sul mare che non dimenticheremo per tutto l'inverno! Cucina molto buona, winelist da rivedere.

L'isola di Cavallo è incantevole e si gira a piedi o nei cart che si possono noleggiare in loco. Suggerisco le spiagge incontaminate di Palma e Greco, sono bellissime.
L'Hotel è in posizione magnifica, abbiamo alloggiato in camere Privilège, letti enormi e molto comodi, vista sul mare che non dimenticheremo per tutto l'inverno! Cucina molto buona, winelist da rivedere.

Very disappointed in the service, staff rude, and unhelpful.|The menu was limited and fresh fish not available for 4 days and beer and wine selection ran out.|Rooms clean and housekeeping staff excellent but the rooms are outdated and need refurbishment, if this is to be considered a 5* resort and a SLH hotel.|Dog poo was left on the path for the 5 days that was there also a cotton bud and cigarette butts not only on the paths and bushes but on the restaurants balcony.|All in all we would not recommend this hotel to anyone and also will be writing to SLH. We were actually happy when we left although we still had to carry our own bags out and was overcharged on the bill. |Don’t be fooled by the pictures the pool was actually full of green algae. |Still not finished, no room service as no phone in the room, no cushions on the sunloungers as all covers where apparently being washed |washed

Le lieu est magnifique , mais quelle déception pour le service et la restauration !!
Des plats très chers, dignes d un snack amélioré, des serveurs que l on a l impression de déranger
Un resort de luxe qui n en a que le nom et les tarifs … quel dommage pour cette splendide île situé en France mais sur laquelle personne ne parle français

Though the island is breathtaking, our stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The service was appalling, leaving us feeling stranded and forced to depend on staff who were consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. We expected a relaxing escape, but instead faced constant frustration.||The billing was a major issue. There were deliberate discrepancies, and it felt like the hotel was blatantly taking advantage of guests. For the price, it was nothing short of a rip-off. What made the experience worse was the management’s total lack of care. Despite raising concerns multiple times, they showed no interest in resolving issues or addressing feedback. ||The indifference to customer satisfaction was astonishing. Management’s attitude was dismissive, making it clear they do not value their guests. This ruined what could have been an amazing stay in such a beautiful location.||I highly recommend visiting the island, but do yourself a favor and avoid staying at this hotel. The poor management and lack of service will only dampen your experience. Choose another accommodation to truly enjoy the island’s beauty without the stress.
