I hope this helps other tourist as we were not able to visit.
The information is not clear nor is it available in other languages. Don’t come unless you have reserved and make sure you call a day in advance minimum, or a week in advance in the peak months. They don’t pick up the phone on the same day and tho that’s not written anywhere, the staff assumes you should know.
Although it says it’s open until 2pm. The staff can refuse to do tours or open “if it’s too hot” ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Visite avec ma petite fille de 14 mois, très bel endroit. La guide est d'une grande gentillesse et les explications très claires. Le parc est propre. Allez-y sans hésiter
