Superb champagne paired with a three-course lunch of choice while looking out at magical views of rolling hills at this woman-owned vineyard is an experience not to be missed. Héloïse from Piot-Sévillano and our guide Cynthia from Delectabulles were warm and welcoming, providing a wealth of knowledge. Walking through the vineyards while clipping abundant grapes during harvest is a special treat. After a visit here, you will come away with a deep appreciation of the process and the great care taken to craft fine champagne. I ordered several bottles and can't wait to sip Piot-Sévillano's champagne with family and friends while describing the delightful time at this vineyard.

Incredible experience as ‘Harvester for a Day’ through their partnership with Delectabulles. Everything from the delicious 3-course picnic lunch with panoramic views over the vines with perfectly paired champagnes for each menu, to harvesting grapes ourselves and seeing or being taught about every step along the way in the production of champagne, was informative and entertaining. Christine and Heloise were excellent hostesses, friendly and knowledgeable and well prepared for every stage of the day. I highly recommend this experience or if not, go for a tasting and enjoy the delicious champagnes!

Incredible experience with Helouise showing us the entire champagne process from the vines to the production area to the cellar! Her knowledge of champagne history was evident during our first-class tour and paired picnic. We learned so much about food pairing & how much work goes into the production of champagne. I will be placing an order soon!

This place is amazing!!! The view was beautiful, the champagne was exceptional, but the best thing was Raphaelle. She taught us so much about champagne and we could tell that she was really enjoying it too. We love Piot-Sévillano and we love Raphaelle

I have visited this vineyard several times since my first trip out there in 2021. It has become one of my favorite "standards" when in the area. The champagnes are delightful and made all the more so on a sunny day when you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rolling hills and village in the distant. A definite recommend if you want to try something different from the big houses in the region and have the opportunity to talk directly to the owners and what drives each varietal.

Bellissima esperienza! Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di tre champagne diversi, tutti buonissimi, con una bellissima vista sui vigneti. Bravissimo e molto simpatico anche il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnati nella degustazione.

Jolie salle de dégustation située dans une ancienne école et très belle gamme de champagnes, variée et de qualité.
Toutefois, la formule "pique-nique gastronomique" est à fuir. Pain industriel, plats fades, non conformes à l'intitulé (oeuf mimosa = oeuf dur, brochettes de gambas = 2 crevettes sur des pics, pommes de terre sautées au thym = patates cuites à l'eau ... Je suis capable de faire la différence, quoi que vous en disiez), ingrédients manquants, sauce salade en sachet ... À 52€ par personne (en comptant une vingtaine d'euros pour les 3 coupes de champagne, il restait tout de même 30€ pour le repas) on est en droit de s'attendre à autre chose ... Patronne sympathique a priori mais aucun geste commercial pour autant et réponse à ce commentaire d'une mauvaise fois sidérante. Nous étions conquis par les champagnes, nous boycotterons désormais la maison dommage.

Visited here today as part of the wine tour from Paris. Great welcome, relaxed lounge overlooking the vines and the hills beyond. Delicious champagnes. A real treat to taste champagnes from a small champagne house.

Étant un ancien élève de cette école en 2006 et 2007 tous mes souvenirs d'enfance sont restés ici ...

Nous connaissons la maison depuis déjà de longues années mais ravis d'être venus à la journée porte ouverte et découverte à l atelier dans les vignes. Un grand merci Christine pour votre accueil et gentillesse. Vous êtes mon ????chouchou ????????????
