Noisy hotel directly located at a crowded street. Spa was very old, have not seen such a shabby spa in years.
Rooms highly overpriced.
Personell very friendly, especially the porter and the external cab service.

We're sorry about the inconvenience you experienced about the traffic noise. An important refurbishment program is scheduled during the first quarter next year which includes the bedrooms and the spa.

A la tête d'un group de 56 personnes, tous membres d'un club de voitures, je tiens a remercier l'ensemble l'équipe de l'Hostellerie de la Briqueterie de nous avoir réservé un si sympathique weekend dans votre établissement. Tout était parfait, l'accueil, les chambres, l'ambiance, le spa et surtout les repas. Nous étions enchantés. Bravo!

Très accueillant. Nous avons sublimement mangé. Service impeccable. Personnel débordant de sympathie. Cadre idyllique pour un moment en famille, entre amis mais surtout en amoureux. Bonne idée pour un moment inoubliable pour la st Valentin.. ????

This hotel is NOT 5 star.
Its a perfect location for visiting the champagne area but needs a massive update.
The service is the worst I have ever experienced . In fact one evening there was no service and I complained bitterly, asked to see the manger who never appeared ! No apology was made by the staff .
No offer to out things right so I went to bed without a drink or anything to eat !!
I felt like I was on ship with no captain .
I felt sorry for the staff as they were so under staffed .
The price of the food and wine was exorbitant and not of a high standard
Other than the location I can not recommend this hotel

As for the spa , it was straight out of the 80s .
Cold pool and jacuzzi
No care shown by staff and not that clean
