Plus Straskart let both kids drive the karts, and they passed the height check. All the karts there are adjustable to suit kids heights. So, the owners point is quite strange. I think Straskart is better, more expensive but the services and karts are better, plus they have electric karts.
Do a Google search, the average hight of a 7 year old in cm. Check the screen shot, you need to review the policy. In the South of France there are no issues with hight there for karting.
