Outstanding, words can not describe the precious dining experience we enjoyed! The service was impeccable, food extraordinary and experience, just simply wow! Birthday celebration dinner, table of 6. We enjoyed the Saveur menu, which was a course in a course, all placed and table side finished with precision. A dining experience we shall never for get, hats off to the entire staff for setting the bar high.

I booked this hotel for a special occasion with my wife to treat her to the acclaimed restaurant. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and wanted to have lunch and then dinner later that evening. We were asked if we had made reservations for either. We told them we were staying in the hotel, tough luck , the restaurant is fully booked. I complained that as a resident of the hotel we expected a restaurant as advertised for hotel guests. They shipped us off to downtown Reims to figure things out ourselves at the local cafes.
With regards to dinner they said you can always order room service. Disgraceful , they seem to care more about local bookings more than hotel guest. Rooms are nice , but the experience was completed spoilt, so unless you want an expensive bed and breakfast with no restaurant I would say don't book here as they haven't figured out hospitality at the five star level.

Il est rare dans le monde de pouvoir trouver un lieu aussi magique et où la cuisine est aussi raffinée et surprenante que goûteuse !

Comment peut on se laisser abuser à ce point pas un discours "éco responsable" dans un lieu qui abrite une piscine couverte, et qui proposent à des prix hallucinants des repas à l'attention de clients dont il ne fait aucun doute qu'ils sont significativement plus destructeurs de biens communs de notre planète que le commun des mortels. Passez devant le parking de l'établissement et mesurez objectivement l'engagement écologique d'un tel établissement.
Soyez cynique mais avec bonne conscience.
Regardez les populations avoir faim du fait du changement climatique sans discours déculpabilisant . Courage.
