It was a wonderful experience to visit the Taittinger cellars with an awesome guide (unfortunately, since I was a few minutes late I did not catch that marvellous lady’s name) who provided so much detailed information about the Maison de Taittinger history, the magic bubbles related stories, the champagne making process and, of course, who was so helpful during the tasting. Also a big ‘thank you’ to Marion from the Taittinger boutique who was very welcome and whose assistance was highly appreciated. Never tried Taittinger champagnes before, it was a good opportunity to realise that gap and.. to close it successfully. A place in my fridge for any Taittinger champagne is permanently reserved from now.
