Really nice tour. We were able to easily walk here from the main train station. Flat walk and didn't take too long.
Unexpected to learn of all the caves just below this area of town. The process of how champagne was produced was explained in detail, and we were shown some of the items used in the production process. We did the least expensive tour offered and it was the same for everyone. The only difference was what you sampled at the end. The tastings were full sized glasses, which was nice that it wasn't just a small sample, but we only tasted one. Perhaps they should add an option for more samples, but small quantities.

- guida competente e simpatica - ci ha spiegato diversi aspetti della storia, della produzione e delle varie dinamiche relative allo champagne in maniera chiara e dinamica
- visita interessante della cantina
- degustazione ottima (abbiamo preso il pacchetto da 50 euro (Blanc de blancs reserve 2105 e cuvée 4+5).
- siamo rimasti a goderci lo champagne nel chiostro davanti L ingresso - piacevole!
- è possibile parcheggiare all interno se si prenota la visita

Le bâtiment du siège de cette maison de Champagne est magnifique et son hôtel Cordon Rouge est situé à côté comme la chapelle Foujita.
Notre guide était souriante, très professionnelle, très agréable à écouter , les explications étaient claires et elle répondait fort bien aux différentes questions. Merci à elle donc. La visite rend hommage au champagne dans toute sa splendeur avec des bouteilles ( RSRV) qui font rêver bien sûr et que l'on a pu goûter et apprécier.
Les caves sont belles et font revivre l'histoire de ce lieu, notamment à travers le musée, de belles pièces effectivement, oui vraiment un endroit merveilleux, différent des autres caves. Un Grand Merci donc.
