In the heart of the city absolutely perfect for a city break. Everything is within walking distance. We arrived by car but only 10 mins from the central station. |We booked parking which was a few minutes away. |Room was well equipped and comfortable. Large bath and a separate shower. |Minor negatives, towels were tiny and paper cups for the tea or coffee. |Parking was secure, a little “snug” for a larger car, but ok.|Staff very helpful. |Real bonus is all the sights were within an easy walk and there are a massive number of places to eat out or get a drink. |Great ice-cream bar on the main high street, worth a visit❤️

Hôtel très calme très propre que nous fréquentons 1 fois par an depuis 4 ans; accueil très souriant, excellent petit déjeuner avec des fruits , jus de fruits , pancakes, croissants et pain tout frais! Bref on s'y sent très bien et il y a bcp de restaurants tout autour pour se restaurer le soir.

The location of this hotel is good. Close to the town hall and restaurants. |However, some rooms are so small that they shouldn't be offered. (3m X 2m with a bathroom of 1m by 1m). |The check in was cold and not friendly. The breakfast is not top. Only sweet condiments and the tea was cold. |The hall and rooms are noisy, You hear all the steps and the broyeurtoilets make a lot of noise.

Pas de clim donc la nuit c’était compliqué
Pas de poubelle dans la chambre sauf dans les toilettes et le seau était minuscule
Points positifs :
Hôtel très sympathique se situant dans un quartier sympathique de Reims très animé le soir, et à proximité de la gare et de l’Arena
La chambre est très bien pour une personne, le lit était très confortable.
