RADISSON HÔTEL REIMS

New hotel but very nice. Cheers

Booked a suite for my family of four. We have driven eight hours from the Alps to have an overnight stop in Reims.

My 9 year old daughter has broken her ankle and is on crutches so is in discomfort and we arrive at 10 o’clock in the evening. We just want to sleep and go to bed after dinner.

We arrive to check-in and are told that our room is now no longer available. There are no rooms in the hotel as they are now fully booked. No manager speaks to me. No one had tried to call me during the day or even email me to tell me that the room was no longer available so we could plan.

They turn us away at the front desk and send us to another hotel on the other side of the city. They had even nerve to ask me to pay for the alternative hotel when it was their mistake so I had to argue with them that it was actually their mistake. My room not being available was their mistake and not mine!

No professionalism, no proactivity and an absolute disgrace to the Hotel chain. I will never ever ever stay at a Radisson again.

I have raised my complete complaint to them, and yet they will not even give me a clear explanation as to why even today my room was never ready on that day. How can you take a booking for a room and then tell the guest that it’s not available when they arrive? They probably gave the room to someone else without even calling me.

To this day a week on, Management cannot even pick up the phone and speak to me.

Complete shambles and a joke of a hotel.

My advice is to avoid and I would stay somewhere else like the golden tulip in town.

Both my daughters said for me to post a review on Google to tell everyone else to avoid and my 9 year old asked can we give -1 star as a rating! So take it from a 9 year old, this hotel is -1 star! ????

Great hotel in Reims. Not too far from the center. Diverse breakfast. Loved the rooms. The staff very helpful. Thank you!

Accueil sympa, chambre impeccable et petit déjeuner de qualité. Parking a proximité très pratique. A quelques pas du centre de Reims.
Je conserve l adresse pour une prochaine fois a Reims.
