We got stucked in the elevator during 1h, nobody helped us, although there was an old and sick man with us.|We could go out by ourselves, then the staff said, we were too heavy, which was not true believing the information in the elevator.|We had never an excuse from management of the hotel....||The elevator was often out of service which was difficult with 8 floors.||Not enough places for breakfast.

Perfect for couple looking for simple comfortable base in Reims. Hotel has a boutique feel and all modern and clean. Room comfortable too. The area is a bit soulless but not far from centre. Good base and decent breakfast too. Recommend for couples or working trips.

Die Klimaanlage war für so ein neues Hotel sehr laut. Wir wollten 2x in die Roof Top Bar und diese war zu. Einmal waren wir oben und nach 20 Minuten warten sind wir dann mit 12 Personen gegangen
