Séjourner à l’Hôtel Porte Mars à Reims a été un vrai plaisir : l’accueil y est chaleureux, les chambres sont confortables et impeccables, et l’emplacement en plein centre est tout simplement parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Un établissement dans lequel on se sent vraiment bien, que je recommande sans hésiter !

The best part of the hotel is the location, as its next to the Roman gate and entrance to the city center. However the service is not great at all. The ladies who work there, especially in the morning, are incredibly unfriendly. During mornings, they don't even sit at the front desk, just talk to each other in the back. The rooms are dated and need an update, at least paint. Air conditioning does work nicely though. Parking a little bit of a challenge. Despite what people say the parking next door was full whenever we looked. We parked at the trai station for 13 eur a day. Breakfast wasnt great. Hot food only one morning and barely any left. On Sunday there was no hot food at all prepared.

Hotel carino, piccolo e accogliente a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale di Reims e a mezz'ora dalle maison più famose di champagne. |I lati positivi sono un comodissimo parcheggio pubblico adiacente all'hotel e praticamente gratuito, il prezzo assolutamente competitivo (130 € a notte compreso di colazione) e la camera luminosa, ampia e confortevole. Purtroppo la camera non viene rifatta, non so se c'è un minimo di notti da fare per avere questo servizio: noi abbiamo dormito due notti e la stanza non è stata rassettata.|Quello che proprio ho faticato ad accettare è stato il bagno, vecchio, malconcio, con una fortissima puzza di umidità e una vasca che non ti invoglia a lavarti: è un vero peccato perché basterebbe rifare il bagno per far diventare la stanza perfetta. |La colazione essenziale in una saletta molto carina e moderna, comunque c'è tutto per fare una colazione più che buona, specialmente le brioche sono buonissime.|Per poche notti è una sistemazione sufficiente specialmente per la comoda posizione che per il prezzo.|
