The hotel pictures sent are not reality. The rooms are not maintained or created equally. They smell of mold and mildew. In addition we had dirty towels on the floor to be replaced and instead they were folded back up and placed on the shelf as new. We knew this because my husband had a nose bleed and had a little blood on a towel. The rooms were so bad my friend changed hotels at great expense since his room was in much worse condition. We were told we could checkin at 3pm, we arrived after 4 and rooms were not ready. We were told cleaning had vacated our room to walk into the lady on the patio.

Nice, clean, good location. Nothing fancy, a bit worn.
Price a tad too high for the size and level of rooms, but staff very friendly.
Nice view from the seventh floor for breakfast or night cap drink in the bar.

Nous avons passé un week end de 3 jours à Reims dans cet hôtel.
L emplacement est idéal et le personnel d accueil très professionnel.
En revanche, nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude tous les matins dans notre chambre. Le pommeau de douche était cassé et l eau fuyait dans tous les sens. Enfin la salle de petit déjeuner est bien trop petite et mal organisée. Les clients passent au milieu des tables dans un espace très petite pour se servir au buffet. Cela donne un sentiment d oppression ce qui est bien dommage. Je ne pense pas que ce hôtel soit un 4 étoiles.

This was a nice, clean and very quiet hotel with an excellent location. It’s walking distance from the train station which was perfect for us, as we were taking the train from Paris. It’s also very easy to get around Reims from this spot. The rooftop bar/restaurant with a view of the cathedral was nice as well. |The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Très bien situé - à 2 pas du centre ville et de la cathédrale. Tout est très bien. Seul petit bémol pour notre appréciation des chambres : quelques petites retouches de peintures dans les chambres ne seraient pas superflues.
Terrasse/salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner au 7ème très agréable (vue sur le haut de la cathédrale) Sinon très calme.
Attention parking en sous sol accessible par un ascenseur pour voiture. Ne convient pas à de grosses cylindrées.
