Really loved our three night stay here. The location is perfect - just a short walk to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful view from our room on the second floor.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, stilvoll eingerichtet, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und ganz nahe am Zentrum und der Kathedrale. Der Preis ist gehoben, ist es aber wirklich wert.

Nice and cozy hotel. Very pretty decorations and furniture. I would suggest to put coffee machines in the rooms. Pool and sauna were good although they had an extra charge. Friendly and efficient staff.

Loved our three night stay! Special thanks to the amazing staff - incredibly friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Don't skip the full breakfast! Absolutely worth the price (€20) and was a lovely relaxing start to the mornings!

Très bonne expérience lors d'un séjour d'une nuit. Bel hôtel bien situé dans Reims avec un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et le personnel à fait en sorte que notre chambre soit la première prête pour notre check-in.

Un accueil parfait et chaleureux avec de bons conseils pour visiter la ville qui n'est pas très loin à pied. Un petit déjeuner au top dans une belle pièce lumineuse. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bains aussi. Si nous repassons là, ça sera forcément notre étape.

Really delightful small hotel in a nicely-maintained historic building (the reception area in particular). We enjoyed a generous room and bathroom, very comfortable and quiet although the hotel is only ten minutes' walk from central Reims. Staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient and helpful (in French and English equally) and breakfast with fresh bread and croissants and homemade jams was delicious. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for New Years Eve. Beautiful room in a quiet location. Room overlooked the interior courtyard. Lovely continental breakfast. Staff wonderful.

No restaurant, but a good choice to suit all budgets within a few minutes walk. Reims centre a few more minutes walk with even more choice/shopping/sights

L'hôtel est une jolie maison à l'ancienne avec tapis et planchers cirés, accueil très aimable et chambre confortable et douillette. Le sauna au sous-sol est un bonus appréciable en hiver. Deux soucis à noter cependant : la plomberie mérite une révision (robinets qui gouttent et attente pour l'eau chaude), et 18 euros le petit-déjeuner "complet" avec de la charcuterie et des fromages industriels, ça fait un peu cher.

A fuir . Je ne comprends pas comment on peut appeler ça un 4 étoiles . Poil et cheveux sur la table du petit-déjeuner , pain congelé 3 mini croissant pour 2 . Parking payent très difficile à y’accéder . Je ne le conseille a personne.

Un très bel hôtel plein de charme. Des chambres très bien décorées. Grande salle de bain avec un + pour les serviettes ultra moelleuses. Petit déjeuner express simple mais correct : pain, viennoiseries, beurre, confiture, jus d'orange, café ou thé. Accueil très sympathique.
Parking dans la cour privée payant.
L'hôtel est bien situé.

I traveled to the Champagne region from Los Angeles to celebrate my birthday with my husband and another couple.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The bed was quite literally full of baby cockroaches - they must have hatched in the bed very recently because it was disgusting with bugs in the sheets and pillows.

When we went downstairs to change the room, there was no one at the desk to help us. So we did not sleep a wink. When we spoke to the reception the next morning, the receptionist told us that was what we could expect from a four star - totally not true as all our other four stars had reception available at night.

The receptionist said they would comp us the room after some haggling and we showed them the attached pictures. However she then went behind our backs and tried to charge our friends who were traveling with us for the room they just comped us.

When we confronted the receptionist about trying to charge our friends for the room, she was incredibly rude and even confirmed to our faces that she tried to charge them for our room. She never once apologized or offered a solution for the bug infestation, our sleepless night, and she was rude and dismissive, as if this whole situation were our fault.

It was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, just shockingly bad.

très chouette hôtel , légèrement décentré ( 5-6 min à pied du centre)
un accueil chaleureux à la réception.
le petit déjeuner , également très souriante la dame qui nous servait. ce dernier était copieux et très frais.
les chambres , spacieuse et literie excellente.
et très propres.
et parking sécurisé.

Cannot speak more highly of this immaculate lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely hard working staff. Opted for the €9.50 breakfast which was lovely, generous and beautifully presented. Room was lovely and bed comfortable. Bathroom well appointed and spotless. Parking is free directly outside in the street and surrounding streets. Hotel parking also available. Cathedral is 10 mins walk.
Absolutely recommended.
