Appartement calme et personnel serviable. Le mobilier est vieillissant et il faudrait penser à donner un coup de rafraîchissement. Mais dans l'ensemble pratique pour un court séjour sans clim

A very average budget apartment hotel in Reims. The location is not great and quite far from the main tourist center. Only the station is close, 5mins walk from the hotel. There are hardly any good places to eat nearby. The rooms are spacious but quite basic. The bathrooms were pretty bad, the WC didn't even have a wash basin, and the water flow in the shower was so poor. The service is absolutely horrible, with the reception closed most of the time. We had to always use the emergency phone to contact for issues, once our key card stopped working and we had to find a solution over the phone as the reception was unavailable. Reims is generally a budget friendly place so I am sure you will find much better places to stay than this one at similar prices.
