Rooms are good but the breakfast is not good ..

Une catastrophe du début à la fin. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été glacial : la dame de l’accueil était franchement désagréable et donnait l’impression qu’on la dérangeait simplement en venant récupérer les clés. Aucun sourire, aucun effort pour nous mettre à l’aise.
Ensuite, la chambre : une honte. J’avais pourtant réservé un lit double à l’avance pour plus de confort, mais surprise : deux lits simples mal alignés nous attendaient. Aucune explication, aucun geste commercial, juste un “c’est comme ça” à peine aimable.
Les abat-jours ? Dégueulasses. Pleins de taches douteuses, visiblement jamais nettoyés. On aurait dit qu’ils sortaient d’un grenier humide. La salle de bains n’était pas mieux : le balai-brosse était jauni et franchement répugnant. Le sol et les installations étaient vétustes et sales.
Bref, un séjour catastrophique du début à la fin. Aucun soin du client, aucun respect de l’hygiène, aucun professionnalisme. Je déconseille totalement cet endroit à quiconque souhaite un minimum de confort et de respect.

We knew that this was a budget hotel from the start so wasn't expecting much, But the attitude from a female member of staff on reception was disgusting we were left feeling that we the customer were an inconvenience to her, Think she needs a reminder of her job role. Rooms are tired and in need of makeover, the bathroom was very old with cracks in the sink and an enamel chipped bath along with a shower screen that directed more water outside the bath area than in it, also a lack of sufficient hot water to be able to have a bath.
Breakfast at 10 euro per person is a little bit cheeky for what is offered.
We chose the hotel for the parking and location on our way back up from southern France to the UK.
