Un délicieux repas. Surtout les poissons et les sauces.

Repas fait en famille pour 17 personne donc 1 salle à l'écart. Seul les 2 poteaux en vis-à-vis se trouvaient à être gênant devant resserrer la table pour que les serveurs puissent passer

Délicieux, un très bon moment. Cuisine de qualité, belles assiettes savoureuses, sauces délicates. Service efficace et harmonieux. Et notamment un menu à quatre services d’un rapport qualité prix remarquable. Merci !

Update 2024: food is still very good (despite the loss of the Michelin star) and excellent value at 70 EUR for 4 dishes, amuse-bouche and copious mignardises. Great wine list (although more information about champagnes would be useful, starting with assemblage - % PN/PM/C; not sure listing alphabetically makes sense - by sub-region or by price would make it slightly easier to navigate).
The main area of improvement is still the welcome and service, which could be (much) warmer…

Excellent as always (this was probably my 5th visit) - a classic and great value 1* restaurant in the heart of Reims.
Great food (and a very comprehensive champagne menu, as you’d expect), friendly and top-notch service. I went for the 75 EUR-menu (scallops and langoustines, deer filet, cheese and Saint Honoré revisité), with a Cattier blanc de noirs. A very solid 1 Michelin star (1* since 2003)! Jacky & Corinne: keep up the great work.
Un classique rémois - allez-y sans hésiter (et si vous avez la chance de pouvoir y aller le midi en semaine, le menu déjeuner à 37 EUR est d’un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel).
