We had the signature dish, sea bass in clay, as part of our menue.
The whole menu convinced throughout with magnificent pairing of natural flavors of the ingredients:
Masterful, minimalist, perfect, brilliant.
The handling of the drinks and food, from the decanting of the 2016 white wine, then into the ice, and the fileting of the fish in the clay crust: expertly and perfect!
Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!
The starters from the house were not very tasty and looked like they were sitting in the fridge for hours.
The menus (88 and 70 euros) were very average, totally not in line with the price point.
Additionally, the service was very unprofessional: no explanation of dishes, no english spoken and no help on choosing the champagne (the lady seemed almost upset from our questions).
Not recommended.
