Un phénoménal ballet qui débute de la descente de voiture, et qui dure jusqu'au depart de l'établissement.
Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails, les attentions discrètes des gardiens des lieux ne s'interrompent pas une seconde, mêlant savoir faire et modernité tout au long de l'experience.
La cuisine est une poésie, les saveurs sont fabuleuses.

We arrived at the restaurant and were asked if we wanted to leave our jacket with them for safekeeping, which we did. After finishing our meal, we left and took a taxi back to our hotel, but no one reminded us to collect the jacket. We realized this only after leaving, so we asked our hotel concierge to contact the restaurant. They confirmed they had the jacket but refused to deliver it to the hotel that night. We understood and asked if it could be delivered the following morning, but they again refused, stating they were too busy and suggested we arrange a taxi to pick it up ourselves. This level of service is not what I expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant and completely spoiled an otherwise pleasant evening.
