It was our first meal right after we had landed in CDG and also first restaurant in Champagne Region so our expectation were very high. We took the Plaisir de table course with wine pairing option. They used only the ingredients that were in the season so everything is fresh and flavorful. The portions were considerably quite generous. The wine pairing went well with the food especially the champagne. We felt so much refreshing. The services were spot on (even we still dressed in airport look). The staffs made us felt well-attended but not that much to feel uncomfortable. The restaurant is located in very beautifully building surrounding with gardens of which in the situated in the heart of Reims.

Absolutely spectacular place to have a special dinner. Incredible wine, selection, absolutely top. I left French service. If you’re staying in the hotel, it is definitely an no-brainer. Such special moments, such special dishes. Everything just spectacular.

Tämä paikka on kyllä jäänyt mieleen. Käsittämättömän hyvää ruokaa ja tarjoilu oli kellosepän tarkkaa työtä, performanssi. Kävimme lounasaikaan, jolloin kolmen ruokalajin menun hintataso pysyi vielä maltillisena. Tämä ravintola on pelkästään syy palata Ranskaan ja Reimsiin.

Nous avons juste pris un verre sous la vérandas et j'avoue, c'était extrêmement agréable. Service soignée et grand professionnalisme.
